Tip of the Week
To make your eyes really stand out for those nights on the town, apply a light shade of eyeshadow (white or cream colored) to the entire eye area (from the lid up to the brow), then apply a dark color (brown, black, plum)
to the crease of your eye making sure it is visible. Blend by quickly sweeping a large powder brush over the eye. Finish with black mascara for a dramatic effect.
