Tip of the Week
Red can be worn by any skin tone. It depends on the consistency of the lip product (sheer in a gloss, to full coverage in a lipstick) and the depth of color (light-medium-dark).
My professional tip: always wear a lipliner (ranging from skin tone to red) to prevent bleeding. A matte finish is best or you can make it matte by pressing a one-ply tissue onto the lips, then reapply color.
