In a collaborated effort with a University in Germany, Babor Cosmetics has developed an extremely mild process that utilizes wine yeasts. The process involves removing as much Glutathione as possible from the yeast.

And, the process is so elaborate and gentle that it neither damages nor heats the cells in the yeast—this allows for 60% more glutathione to be removed.
