If you visit your favorite cosmetic counter you will find that foundations vary according to coverage. If you decide on sheer coverage, your freckles will show through slightly. If medium or full coverage is used, you will most likely cover the freckles. Remember to match the color of the freckles, not your neck. Also decide if you want a foundation with or without oil.
