How can I keep lipstick on better?

Keep Lipstick On

No matter what color lipstick you choose ,apply lip liner to the outline and fill in your lips. You can then follow with a gloss or lipstick. When wearing a red lipstick, use a brown lipliner all over first as the red pigment will last longer.
