April 12, 2002, Newsletter Issue #83: Eyebrows Are In!

Tip of the Week

The rule of thumb is that the eyebrow color should be two (2) shades darker than your hair color. The eyebrows frame the eyes, like a picture frame does to a painting. Get the idea? You can use an eyebrow pencil or powder to color the skin. You can either try to match the eyebrow color or you can match your hair color. Matching your eyebrow color is preferable. If you use an eyebrow gel, it will color the hairs. A clear mascara by Max Factor will solve the problem of hairs going in every direction. It keeps them neat and styled.
