If you read last week`s newsletter (Eyeshadow Do`s and Dont`s) and you have a smokey eye, the lips must be subtle.
Otherwise, you`ll look like a "you know what."
To avoid that, (your mother will thank me) wear a soft pink lipstick and lipgloss. It is pretty for a young girl.
If your lips are too big (so you think), don`t wear bright colors, and wear more of a matte neutral color lipstick.
You can make any lipstick matte by blotting with a tissue.
To prevent lipstick from bleeding, wear dark colors in a matte formula and add gloss only to the center of the bottom lip.
