One of my most popular tips is about eyeliner. You, too, may have questions pertaining to the best type, how to apply it, color to choose, etc.
For a subtle look, I recommend using a thin pencil in black or navy if you have dark eyes. If your eyes are blue or green, grey or plum pencil is best.
But what if you want a more dramatic, sultry look? That`s when you can be a bad gal, by wearing Benefit Bad Gal pencil.
It`s a fatter pencil that will give you a heavier outline.
Use it to line top and bottom or use it only on the outer corner of the eye for a smoky look.
