Dark CirclesDarkness under the eyes can be due to heredity, lack of sleep, smoking, drinking, and/or allergies. If due to heredity, camouflage is your only option. Use a concealer that blends with your skin tone. You may want to use a corrective color (green or yellow) underneath the concealer. This can be applied under the eyes and sometimes on the eyelid if the concealer is not too creamy. If the darkness is due to lack of sleep and/or allergies, an anti-puffiness eye product will help circulation and may lessen the darkness. Try using an eye gel and leave in the fridge for optimal results. The cold will help to reduce puffiness.Comments10/3/2006 6:56:27 PMelisha said: i found this tip to be very helpful! thanks 1/21/2007 3:23:16 PM Pat said: Can the wrong tint of make up foundation or yellow concealer under the eyes make my eye lids appear very pink.
