How do I apply lipstick?

A lip brush is the best tool to apply lipstick as you can fill in your lips after using a lip liner pencil. Apply lipstick, blot with a tissue, and reapply. Lipstick color should stay on for hours except for the times you eat, drink, smoke or kiss.
