We all have that one friend --the naturally beautiful, very classic and gorgeous in every way. Men flock to them, women want to be them. But have you noticed that sometimes the made-up face is what stands out the most? Take off the makeup -- the foundation, the shadow, the lipstick -- and it's all natural, and always more beautiful.
Au natural is simply a stunning look on many women. But there is a time and a place for makeup, if you know how to use it well. Makeup is meant to enhance and play up a person's features, but sometimes those features look best when they are just left alone. But it's also meant to be fun! If you enjoy wearing makeup, by all means, do so. Experiment and play around with different looks, tips, and tricks. The possibilities are endless!

Good point. I was suprised when I discovered less is best for me. In my early 20's I had a more extreme style-very pale blonde hair and bright red lipss-ala Marilyn Monroe. I never believed people when they old me I was prettier au natural. Now in my mid 30's I have encountered a dilema. Base/Foundations are always either too dark or too chalky as I need a very light ivory but need to cover some pinkish/mild red area. I realize now that heavy make-up or even a full application actually detracts from my features! I just wish I could rid myself of the red and monthly pinple or two (or three)lol. I find it very difficult to do though as I am not secure yet but I do notice I look younger with just moisturizer tinted, some lip tint and sometimes mascara as my eye lashes as pale. I also noticed light purple shadow used sparingly with a line on top of purple makes my hazel eyes look brighter. Very nice tip. Go natural beauty!

You can never look natural if you have your makeup on no matter how subtle it may appear like. Going completely bare is the only true look. You don't need to play any whatsoever features that God has given you. Just be thankful of it and be confident.
