Here are some common problems and some great solutions: Problem: If the makeup appears mask-like, chalky, or too thick, you've over-applied, the color is too light, or you've used the wrong application tool. Solution: Mix two shades together, or put thick layer of moisturizer on before applying makeup so it blends better.
