How can I keep my lipstick from bleeding?

Make Smart Lipstick Decisions

Toy around with semi-matte lipsticks until you find one that you like. Then, after applying the lipstick, blot with a Kleenex until it looks almost sheer. Remember to follow with a natural gloss for shimmery lips. Go for dramatic eyes and natural lips or vice-versa, never do eyes and lips dark shades together!
